Pausing to breathe fully and deeply activates the parasympathetic nervous system, also known as 'rest and digest', which brings us into a more positive and healthy state. Ideally we should do this several times a day.
Take 3 minutes to experience this for yourself now, and be guided by our facilitator Anna who is also a meditation teacher. Just one of a wide range of skills and qualifications in our team!
