Robertson Training reached 65,000 training participant days today. It marks another milestone in the company’s history.
Joanne Milne-Toner a participant on our Dealing with difficult situations programme was the specific person. She received a small token from Nikki, our facilitator, to help us mark the occasion. Joanne said of her experience, “Learning the assertiveness tools is something I can bring into everyday practise. I thoroughly enjoyed the day and will recommend it to my colleagues.”
MD Derek Robertson commented, “Helping our participants be confident, capable and agile learners remains our mission. They help themselves, their teams, organisation and communities. Joanne as one participant adds to the ripple effect from all our participants. This has to positively affect the planet. It’s this that gets us up in the morning: energised to make a difference for good in people’s lives. Passing this latest landmark gives our whole team a huge sense of achievement.
“As well as participant days and our 99.8% recommendation score other ventures such as our, soon to be launched, resilience product keeps us successfully innovating in the people development arena.”
