We are excited to share with you the latest development in our organisation’s growth. After reflecting on the projects we deliver and our client feedback we realised that how we come across to the business community could better reflect the reality.
Because of this we will now trade as ROBERTSON with a new logo and updated branding. The aim is to get across the breadth of our services (from internal communications to training) and our approach to business.
We distilled all our clients’ feedback to three words that capture the essence of their experience with us.
People say it’s simple and easy to deal with us. Much of people development too can easily become over complicated. We constantly ask ourselves, “How can we make this simpler for our clients?”
Our talent is to take good global best practice in training, learning and people development and create activities that stimulate thought, engage people positively and produce strong commitment to actions.
Everyone knows that when people are relaxed and aware they perform at their best. All of our feedback demonstrates that people enjoy our programmes.
While our branding is changing our fundamental belief about business remains. “Engaged people do great things” is our foundation. It drives us to partner our clients to achieve their objectives. It’s what gets us up in the morning. Don’t’ worry if you are a current client there will be no changes to invoicing.
Our design company had this to say about working on our rebrand. “The team at Robertson have always had a different approach to training and it has been interesting to watch how that has evolved in recent years to where it is now.
